How to manage your online services account information

You can update your individual and organisation account details on the online dashboard.

Updating your personal details

When you're logged into your individual online services account, you can update:

  • your name
  • your personal address
  • your email and phone numbers

To update your personal details:

  1. Log in to your online services account.
  2. From the top-right banner menu select your username, and from the drop-down list choose 'My User Details'.
  3. On the 'Your Details' screen, click on 'Change My Details'.
  4. Edit the field you wish to change.
  5. Click 'Save User'.

Managing organisation account details and users

When you create an online services account for an organisation on the FSPR, you automatically become the account administrator.

To manage the users and information for your organisation, you must have:

  • a RealMe® login
  • an online services account with the FSPR

If you’re an account administrator, you can, on behalf of an organisation, do the following:

Adding a user to your organisation account

To add an organisation account user:

  1. Log in to your online services account.
  2. From the top-right banner menu select your organisation name, and from the drop-down list choose 'Manage'.
  3. On the 'View Organisation' screen, click on 'Add Organisation User'.
  4. Provide the required information for the new organisation user.
  5. Click on 'Create User'.

We'll send the new user an email containing an activation code. The new user must enter this code to activate their account, and complete their registration with us.

Adding an administrator to your organisation account

If the administrator of your organisation account has left your organisation, you can request to have another user replace them as administrator. A senior member of your organisation (for example, a director) will need to complete the following form requesting the change and email it to  compliance@fspr.govt.nz. We aim to process these requests within 3 working days.

Updating your organisation account details

To update an organisation’s account information:

  1. Log in to your online services account.
  2. From the top-right banner menu select your organisation name, and from the drop-down list choose 'Manage'.
  3. On the 'View Organisation' screen, click on 'Maintain Organisation'.
  4. Edit the fields you wish to change.
  5. Click 'Save Organisation'.

Updating details for users linked to your organisation account

To update the details for an organisation account user:

  1. Log in to your online services account.
  2. From the top-right banner menu select your organisation name, and from the drop-down list choose 'Manage'.
  3. From the list of organisation users at the bottom of the 'View Organisation' screen, click on the name of the user whose details you wish to update.
  4. On the 'View Organisation User' screen, click on 'Maintain Organisation User'.
  5. Edit the fields you wish to change.
  6. Click on 'Save User'.

Deleting a user from your organisation account

To delete an organisation account user:

  1. Log in to your online services account.
  2. From the top-right banner menu select your organisation name, and from the drop-down list choose 'Manage'.
  3. From the list of organisation users at the bottom of the screen, click on the name of the user you wish to delete.
  4. On the 'View Organisation User' screen, click on 'Delete This User'.
